Maia Sandu visits two localities in Ialoveni district: She spoke to the people about justice reform and state security

The President of the Republic of Moldova Maia Sandu visited the villages of Bardar and Nimoreni, Ialoveni district, yesterday. The head of state spoke to the people about the efforts of the authorities to preserve peace in the country, about the plans for economic development, European integration, but also about the justice reform.

"The people of these localities have always been supporters of democracy and the European path of the country, and today they understand the historic chance we have to achieve Moldova's accession to the EU, being determined to get involved for our common success. We also discussed the reform of justice - people asked us to move forward, with determined steps, to free justice from the captivity of the corrupt", said Maia Sandu, in a post on Facebook.

In Bardar, the president visited a flower greenhouse, owned by a family of entrepreneurs, a winery that produces cognacs. "The state must ensure stability, improve infrastructure and reduce bureaucracy in order to increase the chances of economic units", stated the head of state.

Also, Maia Sandu went to the construction site of the sports complex of the gymnasium - a project of almost 10 million lei within the "European Village" Program.
