Tulips blooming on the eve of the winter holidays can be admired in Bardar, creating a rare and enchanting sight. This phenomenon is made possible by a modern method of growing flowers in water rather than soil, with an average temperature of 17 degrees Celsius maintained in the greenhouse.

The first ten varieties of tulips, brought from Holland, were planted in early November, and they began to bloom just a week ago.

"We have various types of flowers, including pink, pink with white, white prince white, red with white, pink Gabriela, and dark cherry. Although they were all planted on the same day, their blooming periods differ. Some bloomed earlier, while others bloomed later. The flowers are kept at a rooting temperature of 5 degrees Celsius, but during the forced growth period, we gradually increase the temperature," says the florist.

Gheorghe Tonu has been growing flowers for 40 years. Along with his passion for gardening, he has invested in modern watering methods for his tulips.

"Watering is done automatically using drippers. We ensure that the water level in the containers doesn't drop too low, and they are watered almost every day or every other day," explains the entrepreneur.
