The national team of the Republic of Moldova achieved an honourable result in the match against the Czech national team
The national football team of the Republic of Moldova drew 0-0 with the Czech Republic in a preliminary match for the European Championship 2024. The match took place at the Zimbru stadium in Chisinau.
The Czechs missed important scoring chances, the biggest of which came from Tomas Soucek, who hit the crossbar.
Thus, after two matches played, the Republic of Moldova has two points in the preliminary group. The Czech Republic has four points, Poland three, Faroe Islands one point and Albania zero.
The next match will be on 17 June. Sergiu Cleșcenco's men will face Albania away.
