Maia Sandu visits Slovakia to seek EU support and attract investors to Moldova
The main topics for discussion at the meeting between Slovakia's President, Peter Pellegrini, and Moldova's President, Maia Sandu, during her visit to Bratislava on March 26 will be the strengthening of bilateral relations, particularly in the economic sector, and support for Moldova's accession to the European Union.
The two heads of state will participate in the signing of a bilateral agreement focused on social protection and will hold a joint press conference, as reported by the Presidency in Chisinau.
During her visit to Bratislava, President Maia Sandu will meet with Richard Raši, the President of the National Council. She will also attend a business forum organized for the occasion, where discussions will center on opportunities for expanding economic relations between Bratislava and Chisinau.
Additionally, cooperation agreements are expected to be established between the investment agencies and chambers of commerce from both countries.
