More than 250 job opportunities were showcased at the Job Fair held during the "MoldEnergy Expo" exhibition. Companies and organizations from the energy sector presented job offers for various positions, including engineers, accountants, electromechanics, economists, and lawyers. Participants noted that the offers are particularly appealing for young individuals at the start of their careers.

Termoelectrica recruitment efforts: Opportunities for young specialists

“We want to encourage young specialists to apply for various positions at Termoelectrica, including locksmiths and engineers”, said Iurie Razlovan, the director of Termoelectrica.

“We have introduced an internship program specifically for women in the energy sector, targeting young ladies who have recently completed their studies and are eager to enter the workforce”, he added.

Organizers note that interest in the energy sector is on the rise, driven by investments in sustainable technologies and the increasing need for qualified professionals. Salaries in this field range from 7,000 to 26,000 lei per month, depending on the roles and experience.

According to Ludmila Rusuleac, head of the Human Resources Service within the Ministry of Energy, “We offer a salary package starting at 14,400 lei for the entry-level position of senior consultant, and going up to 18,000 lei for the position of main consultant, which is the highest salary step.”

Young people attending the job fair expressed enthusiasm for the available employment opportunities. One participant remarked, “The salaries are motivating based on what I observed. That’s why I came here; it interests me, and I want to find out if this could be my future.”

Another young attendee stated, “We chose to explore careers in the energy sector because the salaries are quite good, but it also presents an opportunity to step out of our comfort zones.”

The job fair is open until Saturday, April 4, and admission is free.
