EVO adds new features

New functionalities were added to the EVO digital government services portal to streamline and enhance how citizens and businesses access public services. The "Service Providers" section now provides a centralised catalogue of public service providers, featuring over 60 institutions and organisations that offer more than 600 services.
On evo.gov.md, users can easily find each public institution and the services offered thanks to the new catalogue of service providers. This catalogue consolidates all relevant information in one place, making it convenient and useful for citizens and entrepreneurs, according to Nicoleta Colomeeț, the director of the Electronic Government Agency (AGE).
Each institution has a dedicated page presenting essential information, including contact details, a list of services provided, and the degree of digitalization expressed as a percentage. This percentage reflects the number of services available for online access.
The services are well organized and can be filtered based on the type of beneficiary: "for you" or "for your business." This feature offers users a clearer experience tailored to their needs, as stated by AGE.
Additionally, the "CUPS" filter is now available. This filter indicates whether a service can be accessed through the Unified Public Service Centers.
Each institutional page also offers direct options for citizen interaction. Users can submit petitions or request information of public interest by entering the portal, which redirects them to the eDemocrație platform. They can also report any problems encountered while accessing services directly from the portal.
"EVO is designed as a single point of access to the entire government digital ecosystem," Nicoleta Colomeeț said. "We envision creating a digital state that is friendly, where resolutions occur simply, quickly, and effortlessly." We will continue to develop new functionalities tailored to the real needs of users."

"The integration of these services allows users to benefit from them in a simple and centralized way, directly from the portal. Thus, EVO becomes the place where you know you can find everything you need, quickly and always at hand," states a press release issued by AGE.
The Vignette service has also been added to the EVO portal. Users can fill out the required online form and pay the road use fee for vehicles registered abroad. Confirmation is sent instantly via email.
In addition, public institutions have direct access to resources and tools in the EVO portal to support the integration and development of digital services. This includes dedicated platforms like eGov4Dev and the Unitary Design Model, which provide guidance and support for the configuration, development, and standardization of processes and services.
Launched on January 22, 2026, the EVO portal brings together all government digital services, platforms, and tools in one place, offering a unified and simple experience when interacting with the state—a single portal and a single point of access.
