Rescuers are urging citizens to avoid setting fires to dry vegetation or household waste in open areas. Additionally, please do not discard cigarette butts, lit matches, or other flammable objects on land covered with dry vegetation, and exercise maximum caution during strong gusts.
It is also advised to stay away from old trees, power lines, and unstable objects. The General Inspectorate for Emergencies (IGSU) warns people not to touch cables that have fallen to the ground to prevent the risk of electrocution.
Drivers should park their vehicles in safe locations, away from trees, tall buildings, or other objects that could be knocked down by the strong winds.
Parents and caregivers are advised to supervise children and ensure they do not play near trees or damaged buildings.
Authorities recommend limiting outdoor activities during dangerous weather conditions.
