Alexandru Munteanu at the Three Seas Initiative Summit: talks on energy, infrastructure, and connectivity

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova, Alexandru Munteanu, is scheduled to visit Dubrovnik, Croatia, from April 27 to April 29, 2026. He will participate in the 11th edition of the Three Seas Initiative Summit (3SI). This event gathers political leaders from the participating states, along with representatives from international financial institutions and strategic partners from Europe and the United States.
The main themes of the event focus on the development of transport, energy, and digital infrastructure across the Baltic Sea, the Black Sea, and the Adriatic Sea.
During the summit, the Head of the Chisinau Executive will participate in the panel discussion titled "The Black Sea and the Middle Corridor." He will address the strategic importance of the Black Sea region in the new economic and energy flows between Europe and Asia. Additionally, the Prime Minister will emphasize the necessity of strengthening regional infrastructure and enhancing energy resilience in the current geopolitical climate.
Alexandru Munteanu will also deliver a speech during the plenary session of the summit, where he will outline the Republic of Moldova's priorities regarding energy security, infrastructure modernization, and integration into regional transport and energy networks.
The agenda for the visit includes a series of bilateral meetings with high-ranking officials and representatives from international financial institutions. These discussions will focus on attracting investments and accelerating key infrastructure projects.
