Paris Saint-Germain has secured a place in the Champions League final, keeping their title defense alive after a 1-1 draw against Bayern Munich. The Parisian side progressed with a 6-5 aggregate victory following their 5-4 win in the first leg.

The visitors opened the scoring in the 3rd minute of play. Fabián Ruiz released Hvicha Kvaratskhelia, who provided the assist for Ousmane Dembélé to clinically find the back of the net.

Despite sustained pressure from Bayern Munich, PSG’s defensive structure remained disciplined throughout the encounter. The French champions relied on sharp counter-attacks to maintain the pressure on the Bavarian side.

PSG nearly doubled their lead in the 33rd minute when João Neves directed a powerful header toward the post. However, Manuel Neuer denied the effort with a reflex save to concede a corner.

At the other end, goalkeeper Matvei Safonov maintained PSG’s advantage with a crucial save against Jamal Musiala. The Parisians held their 1-0 lead until the final moments of the match.

Bayern Munich eventually found an equalizer in the 94th minute. Harry Kane scored with a powerful strike under the crossbar, marking his 55th goal of the current campaign.

The Champions League final between Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain is scheduled for May 30. The match will take place at the Puskás Aréna in Budapest.
