National Employers’ Confederation of Moldova has a new leadership team

The National Confederation of Employers of the Republic of Moldova (CNPM) has appointed a new leadership team along with new alternate members. This updated team was introduced on June 22 during a meeting of the National Commission for Consultations and Collective Bargaining.
On May 22, Ana Groza was elected as the president of the National Council of Employers. The new leadership team also includes:
- Pavel Caba – First Vice-President of the National Council of Employers and President of the “Condrumat” Employers’ Federation
- Igor Crapivca – Vice-President of the National Council of Employers and President of the “Timpul” Businessmen’s Club
- Vladislav Caminschi – Executive Director of the National Council of Employers
- Mariana Rufa – Executive Director of the Foreign Investors Association
- Igor Malai – President of the Federation of Employers in Construction and Construction Materials Production
The alternate members are:
- Alexandru Ghețu – Lawyer for the National Council of Employers
- Oleg Tofilat – Executive Director of the Union of Transporters and Road Workers
- Adrian Șervan – Representative from the National Association of ICT Companies
- Victor Baciu – Policy Manager at the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham)
Minister of Labor and Social Protection Natalia Plugaru congratulated Ana Groza on her presidency, stating, “I understand that this is the first joint meeting. We hope to have a responsible and inclusive social dialogue.”
The National Council of Employers (CNPM) serves as a business organization that promotes and defends the legitimate interests of its members in dealings with public authorities, unions, and other entities. Currently, CNPM has 32 members, including 19 federations, employers' associations, and professional associations, and 13 enterprises. Together, these members represent key sectors of the national economy and encompass approximately 3,000 businesses.
