Dan Olaru, victorious at the World Cup stage in Antalya

Moldovan archer Dan Olaru has won a World Cup stage for the first time. He set the performance in Antalya, Turkey.

In the final, Olaru defeated France's Jean-Charles Valladont, the 2016 Olympic runner-up, 6-4.

Thanks to this result, Dan Olaru qualified for the first time in the World Cup Finals, which will be contested by 8 of the best 8 archers in the world.

These competitions are part of the qualifications for the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.
