Disruptions at Tel Aviv’s Ben Gurion Airport: Moldova’s Embassy issues recommendations for passengers

Moldovan citizens traveling to Israel are being warned of possible disruptions to flight operations and passenger traffic at Tel Aviv’s Ben Gurion Airport. The Embassy of the Republic of Moldova in Israel advises Moldovan travelers to regularly check the status of their flights and stay informed about any changes.
Citizens are also advised to keep in touch with the airline or travel agency to be informed of any delays, cancellations, or changes to the flight schedule.
Given the possibility of crowds forming at check-in counters and checkpoints, passengers are urged to arrive at the airport well in advance of the scheduled departure time.
At the same time, they should ensure that they have all the necessary travel documents with them and follow official announcements at the airport.
For emergencies, citizens of the Republic of Moldova can contact the Embassy of the Republic of Moldova in the State of Israel at +972 52 778 9772 or at the e-mail address [email protected].
The Embassy specifies that the telephone number is intended exclusively for emergencies, such as accidents with victims, deaths, natural disasters or other major situations. Appointments are not made at this number, and general consular information is not provided.
