Foreign Ministers of the member states of the Nordic Baltic 8 format will visit Chisinau
The Foreign Ministers of the member states of the Nordic Baltic 8 format will visit the Republic of Moldova on Thursday 27 April. The announcement was made by Government spokesman Daniel Voda. He said that the foreign officials will be hosted by Deputy Prime Minister Nicu Popescu, who will hold a press conference.
The Nordic Baltic 8 format includes countries such as Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Iceland. The Nordic Baltic Community is one of the three main communities in Northern Europe, which was formed in 1992.
Within the framework of NB8, regular meetings of Baltic and Nordic prime ministers, presidents of parliaments, foreign ministers, branch ministers, state secretaries and political directors of foreign ministries, as well as expert consultations where regional issues and current international topics are discussed.
