Eurovision 2023 // Pasha Parfeni had his first rehearsal on stage in Liverpool. The performer promises a spectacular show

There are still days to go until the first semi-final of the most eagerly awaited music show, Eurovision Song Contest 2023. On 30 April, Pasha Parfeni had his first rehearsal on the big stage at the Liverpool Arena. The performer promises a spectacular show for the evening of 9 May. According to the bookmakers, the Republic of Moldova has a good chance of qualifying for the final.

Pasha Parfeni and his team took part in the first rehearsal for the semi-final on 9 May. The scenic concept is similar to that of the national final. On stage, there are the two drummers, the flutist and the back vocalists, wearing silver costumes and a huge horn accessory.

Representatives from nine other countries also had their first rehearsal. They are Serbia, Latvia, Ireland, Norway, Portugal, Croatia, Malta and Sweden.

According to the bookmakers, the Republic of Moldova has a good chance of qualifying for the finals, ranking 6th in the bookmakers' rankings.

Pasha Parfeni will compete with 14 other competitors in the semi-final on 9 May. To get a place in the final on 13 May, our country will be able to vote exclusively by televoting with the code 10. This is the second time that Pasha Parfeni has represented Moldova at Eurovision, having won 11th place in 2012 in Baku, Azerbaijan, with his song Lautar.
