President of the European Parliament, Roberta Metsola, is coming to Chisinau and will give a speech in PMAN

The President of the European Parliament, Roberta Metsola, will participate in the "European Moldova" Assembly on May 21. The official will deliver a speech in the Grand National Assembly Square (PMAN). The information was confirmed for Radio Moldova by the spokesperson of the Government, Daniel Vodă.

At the same time, according to the program of the "European Moldova" Assembly, which was made public today, the event will start in the Grand National Assembly Square at 10:00 a.m. An hour later, President Maia Sandu will address the participants. The assembly will end with the adoption by the participants of the "European Moldova" Resolution.

The program also includes a concert with the participation of Vali Boghean, Nicolae Botgros and the "Lăutarii" Orchestra. In connection with the event, road traffic on Bld. Ștefan cel Mare si Sfânt, in the perimeter of Mitropolit G. Bănulescu-Bodoni str. and A. Pușkin str., will be closed, starting Saturday, May 20, at 08:00, until Monday, May 22, at 06:00.

Thus, during the mentioned period, public transport (trolleybuses, buses, minibuses), which crosses the Great National Assembly Square, will be redirected to the adjacent streets.
