"European Moldova" // Igor Grosu: I am confident that we will succeed, we will show the predominantly European face of the citizens

Today, the Republic of Moldova will succeed in demonstrating, through the mobilisation of its citizens, that it is part of the European family, of a civilised space, stated Igor Grosu, the President of the Parliament, in an interview with Radio Moldova, referring to the National Assembly "European Moldova" that will take place in the centre of the capital, as well as outside the country.

Igor Grosu maintains that today a clear message of determination to integrate the Republic of Moldova into the European Union will be launched, and the voice of the people will be heard.

"I am confident that through an exemplary mobilisation, we will show the predominantly European face of the citizens of the Republic of Moldova, a strong and civilised voice. We will gather in the Great National Assembly Square, where we will say that the Republic of Moldova is the European Union and is part of this civilization. We have demonstrated and will continue to behave and be Europeans because we are part of this civilizational space," stated Igor Grosu.

Today the "European Moldova" Assembly is taking place in Chișinău, as well as in 33 other European cities.

30 rescuers from the Republic of Moldova participated in a search and rescue operations training program

A team of 30 rescuers from the Republic of Moldova recently participated in a basic training program dedicated to urban search and rescue team training. The training activities were guided by six experts from the Turkish Disaster and Emergency Management Agency. During the courses, the Moldovan rescuers were familiarized with the good practices and experiences gained by their colleagues from Turkey. The course completion ceremony ended with the handing out of qualification certificates and diplomas of merit.
