The President of the Republic of Moldova, Maia Sandu, had a meeting in Zurich with the Moldovan diaspora from Switzerland. The head of state urged the citizens of the Republic of Moldova, settled abroad, to continue supporting democracy in the election process, "to invest in the country and, if possible, to return home, to support the change of Moldova for the better."

On the sidelines of the Conference of Speakers of Parliaments of the European Union Member States in Prague (Czech Republic), the head of the Moldovan legislature had meetings with the Deputy Speaker of the Portuguese Parliament Edite Estrela and the Speaker of the Lower House of the Italian Parliament Lorenzo Fontana.
