Two Moldovans, internationally wanted, extradited from the Russian Federation
Two men, announced as wanted internationally, were detained by the law enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation and were extradited to the Republic of Moldova.
It is about a 68-year-old man, originally from Străseni district. He was wanted nationally and internationally for committing the crime of rape. In 2020, he allegedly sexually abused an 11-year-old minor.
The second extradited man is 33 years old and is from Hâncești. He was wanted internationally for child trafficking and pimping. He is suspected that between December 2014 and January 2015, while in Chisinau, together with other people, they recruited a minor whom they sexually exploited in a rented apartment. He posts ads on various advertising platforms for potential customers.
Moreover , he is accused of, acting together with other people, causing several young women to provide sexual services in various rented apartments in the municipality of Chisinau.
