National day of mourning // Electronic Book of Condolences was opened
As a sign of respect and gratitude for the first president of our country, Mircea Snegur, the Government of the Republic of Moldova opened the electronic Book of Condolences.
The Book of Condolences will be accessible on the official website of the Government. Every citizen is invited to express their compassion, gratitude or to share valuable thoughts and memories related to the mandate of the first President of the Republic of Moldova.
A Book of Condolences is also open at the Republican Palace.
"President Mircea Snegur, a prominent personality in national history, played a pivotal role in strengthening the statehood, independence and sovereignty of the Republic of Moldova. On this occasion, we invite you to join us in paying a worthy tribute to the first President of our country", reads the Government's statement.
