Over 2,600 drivers, fined for violating road traffic rules, in the last two days
In the last two days, 18 drivers were fined for drunkdriving, and another six because they did not have a driver's license, informs the General Police Inspectorate.
At the same time, more than 1,287 drivers were fined for over speeding, and another 163 drivers were fined for not wearing a seat belt. 395 drivers were also fined for not giving priority to pedestrians.
In this context, the General Police Inspectorate urges drivers not to get behind the wheel if they have consumed alcohol and to respect traffic rules.
