Number of COVID-19 cases is increasing. Four people died as a result of complications caused by the coronavirus
During the past week, 838 cases of COVID-19 were registered. According to the data presented by ANSP, among children, 86 cases were confirmed. At the same time, four people died as a result of complications caused by the coronavirus. They are two men and two women aged between 42 and 81.
According to ANSP, the number of cases has increased by 16.1% compared to the previous week.
In this context, specialists still recommend the observance of protective measures (keeping social distance, avoiding crowded places; observing hygiene rules, including hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene; observing sanitary measures at the place of living, at the workplace, of education, with the ventilation of closed spaces, wearing masks in medical institutions) and addressing the family doctor at the appearance of the first symptoms of the COVID-19 infection (fever, cough, difficulty breathing, sore throat, muscle pain, rhinorrhea, or stuffy nose, headache) , chills, feeling weak or tired).
According to specialists, vaccination against the SARS-CoV-2 virus remains the most effective method to avoid serious cases of illness and death.
