Ukraine: Russian missiles hit the energy infrastructure in Kharkiv
About 15 explosions were heard in the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv on Friday morning, Mayor Ihor Terekhov said. Russian missile attacks seem to target the city's electricity supply, causing partial blackouts, reports News.ro.

In central Ukraine, the mayor of Krivoi Roc, Oleksandr Vilkul, said explosions were heard in the city, but gave no details.
In another central Ukrainian city, Vinnytsia, a "critical infrastructure target" was damaged, according to mayor Serghei Borzov. The administration of the southern Ukrainian city of Zaporizhia announced eight rocket attacks and said some local residents were injured.
