Marko Shevchenko, Ukraine's Envoy to Moldova, Recalled by Presidential Decree
Marko Shevchenko, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Moldova, has been recalled from his position. This decision was formalised through a decree signed by the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky.
President Volodymyr Zelensky appointed Marko Shevchenko as Ukraine's ambassador to the Republic of Moldova in December 2019.
Shevchenko previously served as a political adviser at the Embassy of Ukraine in Chișinău from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, he assumed the role of a temporary representative of Ukraine in Canada during 2012 and between 2014 and 2015.
