Appointments and resignations at the Government: Three state secretaries appointed, two others – dismissed
The government approved the appointment of Viorel Garaz as state secretary at the Ministry of Economy and Alexandru Gasnaș at the Ministry of Health. At the same time, the appointment of Grigore Stratulat to the position of state secretary at the Ministry of the Environment was also approved. The cabinet of ministers took note of the resignation of two other secretaries of state.
Petru Țurcan was released from the position of state secretary of the Ministry of the Interior and Gheorghe Cuciureanu - from the position of state secretary of the Ministry of Education and Research. Eugen Balîca was recalled from the position of representative of the Republic of Moldova in the Office for the Coordination of Organized Crime of the Commonwealth of Independent States. Vitalie Valcov was released from the position of Deputy General Director of the National Bureau of Statistics. By today's decision of the Government, the ambassador of the Republic of Moldova to the USA, Viorel Ursu, was appointed as the ambassador to Mexico.
