The Ministry of Infrastructure, responsible for three chapters of negotiations. Andrei Spînu: I saw a lot of support in Luxembourg

Infrastructure is a key area requiring the biggest investments in the Republic of Moldova's path to joining the EU bloc. The European Union wants our country to reach the same infrastructure standards as in European countries, and Chisinau must announce when it can do this and what financial resources it needs for this. The Ministry of Infrastructure in Chisinau has already started preparations for the negotiations related to this field, Minister Andrei Spînu announced in an interview for Moldova 1 TV.

"If we talk about our ministry, we are responsible for three chapters - the transport chapter, the trans-European networks chapter, which specifically refers to roads and railways, and the regional development chapter. These are the three chapters. We have seen a lot of support in Luxembourg, practically all the foreign ministers of the European Union countries have given positive messages and we are already preparing for the actual process of negotiations on each of these chapters", declared Minister Andrei Spînu.

The full interview can be watched today, during the show "In Context", starting at 19:00.
