LIVE // Government convenes a session

The Cabinet of Ministers, led by Prime Minister Dorin Recean, meets in session. There are 17 projects on the agenda of the Executive.

The government is to approve in today's meeting a decision for signing the Agreement with the United States of America regarding the purchase of the property for the new headquarters of the diplomatic mission. The land has an area of 5.2 hectares and is located on Tighina Str. in Chisinau. It is estimated that the sale price will be around 15 million euros, but all the final data will be made public after the negotiating team completes all the processes.

In the Republic of Moldova, for the first time, an information system dedicated to the registration, updating and interpretation of data on oncological diseases will be created. These data will be entered into the National Cancer Registry. A draft decision in this sense is to be approved, today, at the Government meeting.
