PAS has a new deputy in Parliament. Constitutional Court validats the mandate of Oleg Botnaru
At the proposal of the CEC, the Constitutional Court validated the mandate of the substitute candidate from the list of the Political Party "Action and Solidarity Party", Oleg Botnaru.
The meeting was attended by the CEC Secretary, Dana Munteanu, the representative of the faction and the alternate candidate. Following the deliberations, the Constitutional Court admitted the request of the CEC and validated the mandate of the substitute candidate.
We remind you that the vacancy of the deputy's mandate occurred as a result of the death of deputy Iurie Păsat, from the list of the same party.
Oleg Botnaru is from Fundurii Vechi, Glodeni district. He studied philology, economic law and administrative law and holds a master's degree in human resource management. From 2021, he is deputy head of the Balti Territorial Office of the State Chancellery.
In 2023, he was the PAS candidate in the local elections for the position of mayor of Glodeni.
According to the statement on property, in 2023, Oleg Botnaru obtained income of about 243 thousand lei. Moreover, the Botnaru family owns 7 plots worth a total of about 304 thousand lei, an apartment worth over 391 thousand lei, a house worth over 979 thousand lei and two commercial properties worth a total of 1 million 656 thousand lei.
