National public budget revenues - higher. How much money has gone into the state's coffers since the start of the year
Since the beginning of the year, the national public budget has received 7.2 billion lei in revenue, 1.4 billion lei more than in the same period last year. According to the Ministry of Finance, expenditures also increased, reaching 7.3 billion lei, which is 1.2 billion lei more, compared to the same period of 2022.
Execution of the national public budget resulted in a deficit of 0.1 billion lei, according to the source, while the balance of funds in the accounts of the component budgets of the national public budget amounted to 8.2 billion lei.
At the same time, the revenues of the state budget in January this year amounted to 4.5 billion lei, 0.9 billion lei more than in the same period last year.
Revenues administered by the State Tax Service amounted to 2.1 billion lei, up by 0.3 billion lei compared to the same period last year, and revenues administered by the Customs Service amounted to 2.7 billion lei, up by 0.8 billion lei.
State budget expenditures amounted to 5.3 billion lei, an increase of 0.8 billion lei compared to the same period of 2022. The execution of the state budget ended with a deficit of 0.8 billion lei, and the balance of funds in the state budget accounts amounted to 4.0 billion lei.
