“Teleradio-Moldova” Broadcaster invites presidential candidates Maia Sandu and Alexandr Stoianoglo to debates

The Public Broadcaster "Teleradio-Moldova" invites the two candidates for the position of president of the Republic of Moldova, Maia Sandu and Alexandr Stoianoglo, to debates organized and broadcast on Moldova 1 TV and Radio Moldova.

Invitations were sent to the two candidates, reads a press release of the institution. The format, duration and other specific details of the debate would be discussed with the staff of Maia Sandu and Alexandr Stoianoglo.

The TV debates are scheduled for Monday, October 28, at 19:00. The debate will be broadcast live on Radio Moldova, as well as on the web pages www.radiomoldova.md and www.moldova1.md.

The topics proposed for debate refer to the powers of the president of the Republic of Moldova, the foreign policy of the country, the process of European integration, the electoral programs of the candidates, guaranteeing fundamental human rights, ensuring social cohesion in society, strengthening the national security of the Republic of Moldova and others.

We remind you that during the election debates, the following are prohibited: speech that incites hatred; misinformation; messages justifying wars of aggression, denying war crimes and crimes against humanity, other messages expressly prohibited by law, and the use of sexist language.

During the past week, the Pre-Hospital Emergency Medical Assistance Service recorded 87 toxic emergencies, of which 53 were mushroom poisoning, 10 with medicine, 9 with alcohol, 7 with carbon monoxide and one case of drug poisoning. In all, there were almost 14,000 requests during this period.
