Eurovision Moldova 2023 National Final: The time of evolution of the 10 participants will be decided on Friday, following a draw
IP The "Teleradio-Moldova" company is carrying out the draw on Friday, February 10, which will decide the evolution order of the ten contestants in the Eurovision 2023 National Final, scheduled for March 4.
The event will take place at 2:00 p.m., in the premises of the Public Television, on 64 Hâncești Street. The draw will be aired live on the Facebook pages of IP Compania "Teleradio-Moldova", as well as on the TRM channel on YouTube.
The number that will indicate the order of evolution in the National Final will be drawn individually by the participants, reads a press release issued by TRM.
The National Selection’s ten finalists, according to the descending order of the score accumulated following the jury's vote, are:
- SunStroke Project - Yummy Mommy;
- Pasha Parfeni - The Sun and the Moon;
- DONIA - Red Zone;
- Aliona Moon - Du-mă; (Take Me);
- OL - Why You Play It Cool;
- The Osoianu Sisters - Bade, badișor, badița;
- NÖRDIKA - Damn and down;
- Victor Gulick - Let’s dance;
- COSMINA – Indestructible;
- Corina Ivanov - When love’s real.
The participants will perform in the National Final on March 4, with an entire show, consisting of the choreographic concept and stage costumes. The contestant accumulating the highest score will represent the Republic of Moldova in Liverpool, on the 2023 International Stage of the Eurovision Song Contest.
The Republic of Moldova has participated in the International Eurovision Song Contest since 2005, ranking sixth with the song "Bunica bate toba" by the band Zdob si Zdub. The best result was recorded in 2017 by the band "SunStroke Project", ranking third with the song "Hey Mamma".
