Tragedy in Igor Cuciuc's family. His daughter passed away
The daughter of the folk singer Igor Cuciuc, Andreea, aged 17, passed away on the night of November 15. The announcement was made on social media. The cause of death is not yet known. Andreea Cuciuc was the only daughter of the singer.
The singer Igor Cuciuc confessed in a post on social networks that he received the sad news on the evening of November 15, around 9:30 p.m., after his wife called him. According to him, the girl got sick in a restaurant on Dacia Boulevard in the Botanica sector of Chisinau.
"My wife called me and said that Andreea passed out lying beside her colleagues. The ambulance came seven minutes later unequipped. They called and the second ambulance came 20 minutes later with a breathing apparatus, but too late. They tried for 45 minutes to give her oxygen and they couldn't bring her back to life! We will find out the reason today", claims the singer.
The young woman studied at the "Ștefan Neaga" College of Music in Chișinău, and since she was a child she started playing music, together with her father. The singer's colleagues, Igor Cuciuc, sent condolences to the family and close relatives.
"I can't believe and I won't believe that Andreea Cuciuc left the world with longing. Alarming news. Tears and pain in our souls, of the parents, Diana and Igoras, of those who loved her and will always love her. She will remain in our souls, as a holy Christian icon", wrote conductor Nicolae Botgros.
"Why does this happen, God, you have such beautiful and talented children! Why do angels who sing here on earth so beautifully and have a bright future, you take them!! I can't believe that Andreea Cuciuc is no longer with us! I always saw her cheerful and full of life at the shows, and happy next to her daddy singing. A child born, already raised, educated, and to leave their parents is the biggest pain in the soul ", said folk singer Ion Paladi.

Igor Cuciuc is a folk singer and musician from the Republic of Moldova. He was born in 1983 in the village of Călinești in the Florești district.
