There are many development opportunities in the Republic of Moldova, and the country's place is in the European Union, said the Chargé d'Affaires of the US Embassy in the Republic of Moldova, Daniela Dipierro, in an exclusive interview for Moldova 1 TV. According to her, the United States has financially supported the agricultural sector, justice reform and the fight against corruption, as well as the diversification of energy resources, key areas for the country's economic development.

"In 32 years we have consistently helped the Republic of Moldova, in the last two years alone we have given 974 million dollars to help Moldova with energy resources, to reduce corruption and to support independent media, we must improve these relations to grow the economy, to create resilient institutions and opportunities for all Moldovans to have a better life," said Daniela Dipierro.

We remind you that the USA is a strategic partner of the Republic of Moldova. In addition to economic relations, this country is also the main political actor supporting our European path, including the peaceful resolution of the Transnistrian conflict.
