Several draft laws are on the agenda of the Cabinet meeting, including one aimed at improving the mechanism for the selection, evaluation and disciplinary liability of prosecutors. Another subject to be examined concerns the streamlining of the management of the financial resources of the National Fund for Regional and Local Development.
Members of the Executive will also approve the draft law on the ratification of the Agreement between the Republic of Moldova and the European Union on the participation of the Republic of Moldova in the Union's "Customs" programme for cooperation in customs matters, signed in Brussels on 7 February 2023.
