LIVE Deputies meet in session: Evaluation of judges, business development and ratification of agreements with the EU - on the agenda
Deputies meet in session, starting at 10:00. There are several bills on the agenda, to be voted on in the second reading.
Deputies will examine in the second reading the draft law on the selection and performance evaluation of judges. Also, the legislative initiatives that refer to free economic zones and facilitating the activity of the business environment and the development of remote businesses will be examined in the second reading.
Also, the deputies will examine, in the second reading, the draft law regarding paid internships in the public sector, as well as the draft law for the modification of some normative acts aimed at road administration.
The draft law on access to information and the legislative initiative aimed at improving the mechanism of selection, evaluation and disciplinary liability of prosecutors were included on the agenda.
The parliamentarians will also discuss the ratification of the Agreement with the European Union regarding the participation of the Republic of Moldova in the EU "Customs" program and the Agreement regarding the participation of our country in the "FISCALIS" program of the Union for cooperation in the tax field.
Also, on the agenda are the draft decisions regarding the approval of the National Media Development Program for 2023-2026, as well as the creation of the Platform for dialogue and civic participation in the Parliament's decision-making process.
