Cereal prices on international markets on the rise
Grain prices on international markets have risen sharply after Russia announced that it will start considering ships heading for Ukrainian ports as possible military targets, BBC reports.
Earlier this week, Moscow withdrew from an agreement that guaranteed safe passage for ships through the Black Sea. President Putin has announced he will immediately return to the grain deal if his demands are met.
Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelenski said Russian attacks could hit shipments bound for Africa or Asia.
