MEP: "Now there is a real union of Romania with the Republic of Moldova, under the EU umbrella"
The Republic of Moldova is in an active and rapid process of European integration with prospects of achieving a favorable result at the end of the current commission, along with Montenegro and North Macedonia, after the cluster negotiations and the completion of the legislative screening stage, says the MEP of the Renew group, Dan Barna. In an interview for Teleradio-Moldova in Brussels, the MEP stated that our country "is much more advanced in terms of the stage of preparations than Ukraine", emphasizing the real opportunity of a "union of Romania with the Republic of Moldova, under the EU umbrella" in 2030.
