Romania and Moldova to build new bridge over Prut River
The Romanian government has approved agreements with Moldova to build a new road bridge over the Prut River between the towns of Albița and Leușeni, and to modernise two existing bridges over the river, the government's spokesperson, Mihai Constantin, announced on Thursday.
"The government approved today agreements between the governments of Romania and Moldova, agreed this year, to build a new road bridge over the Prut River between the towns of Albița and Leușeni. These agreements also include the modernization of existing bridges between Sculeni and Sculeni (Moldova) and the towns of Oancea and Cahul (Moldova).
