Due to the precipitation that fell on the territory of the country on Saturday, it is difficult to travel on some national routes. In this context, the Customs Service recommends transporters to properly equip their means of transport and avoid, as far as possible, traveling this night to the customs posts located on the Moldovan-Romanian border.
Several trucks are waiting near the customs posts located on the Moldovan-Romanian border. At the same time, the institution declares that the ability to allow a larger number of trucks to pass for control strictly depends on their possibility to move away after receiving the documents for customs clearance.
"Customs officials from the Republic of Moldova can clear and allow the passage of as many trucks as they can physically pass for control on the Romanian side, without blocking the access road."
We specify that the State Road Administration has announced that there is snow and sleet on the national roads so, road corporations carry out snow removal and anti-skid operations. For this reason, on some national routes there are blockages and it is complicated for trucks to travel.
