Kherson bombed again. Authorities report dead and injured people

The bombing of the Ukrainian city of Kherson continues, announces the president of the Military District in the region, Yaroslav Yanushevich, quoted by Ukrainskaia Pravda. According to the cited source, as a result of the attacks, one person lost his life and three were injured.

According to the head of the Kherson Regional Military District, in the last 24 hours, the Russian armed forces would have attacked the region 41 times. The residential areas of Kherson were attacked. As a result of the bombings, three people were injured and one person lost his life. "The Russian occupiers bombed the territory of Kherson region 41 times. They fired from artillery, MLRS, mortars and tanks. (…) On Thursday, January 5, the Russian invaders bombed the center of Kherson, unfortunately, there is a victim," said Yaroslav Ianushevich, quoted by Ukrainskaia Pravda. Meanwhile, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan held talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday, January 5. The two officials talked, during the discussions, including the war in Ukraine and the multiple crises caused by it. According to the TASS agency, close to the Kremlin, the Turkish leader "expressed his support for calls for peace and negotiations, a unilateral ceasefire and a fair settlement".
