Chisinau airport back in air after weather woes

Chisinau Airport has resumed normal operations after being closed for several hours due to bad weather.

"Flights are now departing and arriving normally," said an airport spokesperson. "However, there may be some delays as de-icing procedures are being carried out. Passengers are advised to check the status of their flights on the airport's online board."

The airport was closed on January 8 due to heavy snow and strong winds. Several flights were cancelled or delayed.
