PAS has a new deputy. The Constitutional Court validated the mandate
The Action and Solidarity Party (PAS) has a new deputy in the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova. The magistrates of the Constitutional Court (CC) validated the parliamentary mandate of Grigore Grădinaru, alternate candidate on the party lists.
We remind that following the local general elections last fall, Grigore Grădinaru has access to the Chisinau Municipal Council.
The vacancy of the deputy's mandate occurred as a result of the resignation request of deputy Lazarencu Sergiu from the list of the same party.
