"This action represents a significant step in Energocom's strategy to expand its acquisition options and strengthen partnerships with trading platforms, ensuring efficient and flexible management of energy resources. As the Romanian market is integrated with the European market, the prices traded on these platforms are aligned, which guarantees transparency and fairness in the acquisition process," stated Eugeniu Buzatu, the interim director of SA Energocom.
Through this acquisition, Energocom reaffirms its commitment to developing a stable and innovative energy sector, in accordance with regional and European trends, reads the cited source.
