Secondary school graduation exams for the 2024 exam session start

The secondary school graduation exams for the 2023-2024 academic year start today. In all, students from all educational institutions will have to take four exams. Thus, the first test is for the Romanian language and literature for non-native speakers, followed by the mathematics tests on June 6, the language of instruction - on June 10, and the last exam will take place on June 13 for Romanian and world history.

The tests for the secondary school graduation exams start at 09:00, and Radio Moldova will broadcast live the procedure of opening the envelopes for the exam tests.

According to the Ministry of Education and Research, in eight districts, the secondary school graduation exams will be monitored by around 400 volunteer observers.

This measure will be applied in the case of districts where students graduated from lyceum with high grades, but got poor results in the national baccalaureate exam. Also, part of the tests of the students in these districts will be re-evaluated centrally by a republican commission.
