Chernobyl liquidators can submit files to receive housing
Chernobyl liquidators can submit files to receive a house. Commission for transmission of housing in the residential block located in the capital, Alba Iulia street no. 91/3, announces the start of the document reception process.
Thus, between June 10 and July 24, applicants will submit personally or through their legal representative, the set of documents provided for in point 12 of the Regulation, at the Commission's secretariat, headquarters of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, Chisinau municipality, Vasile Alecsandri str. no. 1, floor 1. The necessary documents submitted by the applicants are:
• the application addressed to the Housing Transfer Commission; •affidavit; • the agreement regarding the personal data processing.
In the case of incomplete files, a deadline of 10 days is set for completion with the missing document(s). The homes are transferred as private property to the participants in the liquidation of the consequences of the accident at the Chernobyl NPP or, as the case may be, to their families, upon request, regardless of the town where they reside or domicile.
