Victoria Belous, proposed for the position of Minister of Finance

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova, Dorin Recean, submitted on Tuesday the candidacy of Victoria Belous for the position of Minister of Finance. Belous previously held the position of deputy head of the State Fiscal Service (SFS).

"I am confident that Mrs. Belous's experience and dedication will contribute significantly to the efforts of the Ministry of Finance to ensure financial stability and economic growth," said Prime Minister Recean.

The nomination is to be submitted for Parliament's approval.

We remind you that the former Minister of Finance, Petru Rotaru, resigned from his position last week.
