Government Crisis Cell starts its activity
The crisis cell is activated today. According to Prime Minister Dorin Recean, its purpose is to ensure good management of potential emergencies. Thus, the Ministry of Internal Affairs will boost patrols on public routes and at festive events and will manage road traffic in crowded areas. The General Inspectorate for Emergencies will be responsible for fire prevention.
Also, the Border Police will collaborate with authorities in neighboring countries to manage passenger flows and will increase the capacity of teams at border crossing points.
Preventive measures regarding personal safety, in the use of heat sources, as well as pyrotechnic materials, will be promoted in schools.
We remind you that during the Government meeting on December 23, Prime Minister Dorin Recean said that power outages could occur on the territory of the Republic of Moldova.
