Moldova1 TV launches a new program: a public platform where politicians will answer journalists' questions in a new debate format
The Public Broadcaster starts a new program in which lawmakers will be asked questions about the most pressing issues of the day. The moderator Lucia Vieru and four other journalists from various media outlets will ask politicians questions. The first edition of the program will be accessible for viewing tomorrow.
How transparent are politicians' decisions? How often do they provide clear answers to citizens' questions? The show "Pe Față" aims to bring more clarity to the public space on topics of public interest and the decisions that influence their daily lives.
"Some truths are hidden, which is why, we want to bring them "to the fore". Every Monday, we will invite a minister, a deputy or another official to the Moldova1 TV studio, who will answer the questions of the citizens. We want to bring more clarity to the public space on certain topics", says journalist Lucia Vieru.
The show will be moderated by journalist Lucia Vieru and will become a public platform, offering the opportunity for four other journalists, from different media outlets, to ask questions to the guest. "Pe Față" can be watched every Monday, from 4:00 PM, on Moldova1 TV and "Teleradio-Moldova" Company pages on social networks, and starting at 9:30 PM, immediately after Mesager news program on TV. The guest of the first edition, held on Monday, March 17, will be the Minister of Education and Research, Dan Perciun.
