Pre-Vetting Commission: two candidates, proposed by the Parliament for positions in the SCM, passed the evaluation

The Pre-Vetting Commission has published the results of the evaluation of two candidates for the Superior Council of Magistracy.

The two candidates, Tatiana Ciaglic and Ion Guzun, were proposed by the Parliament and they passed the evaluation.

The Commission's decisions were forwarded to the candidates and to Parliament, the institution responsible for organising the competition.

The Pre-Vetting Committee announces that so far, two candidates have passed the assessment, four others have been rejected and another five candidates are awaiting the Commission's decisions in order to become eligible for membership of the SJC.
