President Maia Sandu welcomes the "373" program

The President of the Republic of Moldova Maia Sandu welcomes the Government's decision to launch the "373" Government Program to support Moldovan entrepreneurs. The President claims that this program aims to encourage small and medium-sized enterprises to develop, to create jobs and to contribute to the well-being of citizens.

The head of state mentioned that economic development and job creation is the priority of the current government. Sandu also states that people who decide to open businesses at home and who contribute to the country's economic growth must be encouraged.

On Tuesday, the government launched the Investment Encouragement Program - "373", which will be available from June 1. To benefit from advantageous loans, entrepreneurs will have to present to the bank an eligible investment plan and have their own contribution to the investment program of 10%. The program provides for the subsidization of loans of up to 15 million lei or the equivalent in foreign currency, for a maximum term of up to 7 years. Starting next year, the Government proposes to increase the credit limit up to 30 million lei.
