Crown Custos Margaret will host the evening dedicated to the Republic of Moldova on Thursday, from 6 p.m. at the Elizabeth Palace
"In the context of the war in Ukraine, it was intended to reiterate the strong ties between Romania and the Republic of Moldova, but also the unequivocal support of the Royal House of Romania for the latter. Thus, the annual Garden Party was transformed into an evening dedicated to the sister country", says the Press Office of Her Majesty's House of the Crown Custos.
Among the guests were representatives of rural and urban communities, members of the Moldovan Government, dignitaries of the Romanian state, local authorities, civil society and economic personalities, teachers and students, representatives of the Romanian and Moldovan armies, the Church and members of the diplomatic corps accredited in Chisinau and Bucharest.
